This session focused on building connections and acting practice through play. With the ensemble’s writing edited and the show cast, the group took the time to strengthen relationships through stories, laughter and theater games. 

The evening began with conversations about the origins of the ring exercise and theatre scholars. Conversations flowed between current events, evolving technology and everyday life. 

Later in the session, the ensemble shifted to improv games. Two new and challenging games were introduced, generating lots of laughter and creativity. One ensemble member who does not usually join the improv games stepped in, making the experience even more joyful for the group.

As always, the evening concluded with the ring. The session offered a welcome opportunity to reconnect and have fun as the ensemble prepares for the final weeks of blocking, rehearsals, and performance preparation.
