Josh Aaseng

Josh Aaseng is a director and writer based in Seattle, and the literary manager for Book-It Repertory Theatre, where he’s developed several new works, including his adaptation of Slaughterhouse-Five. He’s currently working with Seattle writer Daemond Arrindell on an adaptation of T. Geronimo Johnson’s novel Welcome to Braggsville, which he will direct in 2017. Additionally, he’s worked at companies including On the Boards, ACT, PS122’s COIL Festival, and the Noorderzon Performing Arts Festival. Josh is a member of the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab.
