Susan Gordon

Susan Gordon is the founder and managing partner of Strategic Growth Group, a strategy firm that supports mission driven organizations in strengthening financial sustainability and operational effectiveness. She brings more than 30 years of experience across management consulting, corporate strategy, and social impact advisory.

Susan has partnered with a wide range of mission driven organizations and philanthropic leaders, helping them navigate complex challenges, uncover opportunities for growth, and translate strategy into action. Her work spans multiple sectors, including early childhood, workforce development, behavioral health, community based services, and arts and cultural organizations. Prior to founding Strategic Growth Group, Susan held leadership roles in social impact advisory and consulting, where she helped build and expand advisory capabilities and supported both funders and operating organizations.

She is focused on helping organizations align mission and financial performance, strengthen core operations, and develop practical strategies that drive long term impact. She is motivated by the opportunity to help organizations build stronger, more sustainable futures for the communities they serve. She also brings this perspective to her board service, working closely with leadership teams to support thoughtful strategy, strong governance, and long term sustainability. Susan serves on the advisory board of Gesher Human Services and is a frequent speaker at professional forums. She is also a former Adjunct Finance Professor at Walsh College.
