David Jaffe is a theatre lover and a lawyer and businessperson at Jaffe Counsel in Birmingham, where he provides strategic counsel to business owners, CEOs and senior leaders, and serves as an independent director. He is also of counsel to EC Rubio in Mexico, where he focuses on compliance and ethics.
David spent 24 years at Guardian Industries Corp., where he was Vice President and General Counsel. He has been a partner at Honigman, a law clerk to Justice William Rehnquist at the U.S. Supreme Court, and a theatre tech person at The Roeper School and The University of Chicago. David is a director at Gesher Human Services and serves on the executive committee of J Street Michigan and the organizing committee of Lawyers for Good Government Michigan. His non-profit board leadership experience includes The Roeper School, Cranbrook Academy of Art and Museum, Music Hall, Jesuit Program for Living and Learning, and American Jewish Committee.
David has been married for over 38 years to another fervent DPT supporter, Erica Peresman, and they have two splendid adult children.
