A graduate of the University of Michigan, Lisa Corey has for the past 27 years been the CEO/CFO of a law firm with responsibilities that include running the day-to-day operations of the business along with managing its building.
Since 2007, Lisa was a founding member and developed a community-wide charitable organization, Schools Offer Support (SOS), whose mission is to help families in need while teaching students that community matters. Lisa is also a co-founder and current board member of Project Healthy Community (PHC), a health and wellness nonprofit organization that provides school and community-based nutrition, fitness and mental health education/services for kindergarteners through seniors in Northwest Detroit. She is also a longtime supporter of the University of Michigan, Wayne State University, Make-a-Wish, Gilda’s Club and Racquet Up Detroit.
Lisa and her husband raised their two children in Birmingham and moved to the City of Detroit in 2017 currently living in Midtown. Lisa has always been passionate about live theatre and is thrilled to have an opportunity to play an active role in DPT.
